Are the scooters easy to ride?
Absolutely, it's just like balancing a bike but without the pedals. But just to make sure you are comfortable, we give you the guidelines before the tour begins.
What is the maximum load capacity?
Max load capacity is 125kg total. Whether it be one or two persons.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit/ debit cards such as Master and Visa. No bank checks
Do you take a deposit?
We do not take a deposit for guided tours. For rentals (individuals), you are required to make a deposit. Please refer to our General Terms & Conditions or contact us.
Do I need special clothing?
Curacao has a warm climate all year round, so we suggest light and comfortable clothing, shoes or sandals.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, however you will be subjected to our cancellation policy. Please refer to tour Terms and Conditions in the footer of this page
Can anyone participate in the tours?
You can participate as of 5 up until 13 years old but as a passenger. You may operate the scooters on your own as of 14 years old but must be accompanied by an adult who is in possession of a valid driver's license, and physically able if you are between the ages of 14 and 17 years old.
Do you offer pick up services
If you've booked your tour and would like to be picked up and returned to your hotel/ cruise, we can assist you. After booking your tour, please message us with your booking ID and hotel to be picked up at. We will communicate back with you the specific time and details. Make sure to be ready at least 45 minutes prior to the tour. Note: While we aim to assist you with pick up services, we reserve the right to decline pick based on your location and other factors.
Do you offer Refund?
Yes, we offer a full refund for cancellations before 48 hours. Cancellation Less than 48 hours up until 24 hours is qualified for a 50% refund. No Refund for cancellations less than 24 hours. See our Terms and Conditions.
